For the cost I'd expect at least the color I need.
Different colors have different meanings and this is not something a flower shop can underestimate.

I can only say that being away from my wife at Valentine's Day and remembering at last minute that I wanted to send her flowers was not the position I wanted to be in. We agreed the flowers to be delivered in the morning, which I have called a few times to confirm it's doable, but end up it cannot.
Also the quality of the Tulips are very poor.
