Flower Delivery HK exceeded my expectations. Not only were the flowers well presented and reasonably priced (for Valentine's Day!), they were also delivered within the timeframe I had requested and I was notified of the delivery by SMS. I paid for same day delivery but the flower did not arrive until the next day. I understand there are reasons for this but if you can't make the deadline you should call the customer to let them know and not pretend nothing is wrong2015-03-06 08:32:01
Impressed by the whole set-up from the initial email, phone call and eventual collection in person. Plenty of options online in Hong Kong but with this first time experience I will definately use this service again. A shame I can only select up to 5 stars?
