I have ordered a fruit basket No.12 (Style 10612, HK$628) 2 weeks before Chinese New Year. According to the description from the website, the fruit basket composes of eight types of fresh fruits including Kyoho grapes, dragon fruits, melon and crystal pears. The basket arrived on 17 Feb 2015, nicely wrapped with mango, strawberry, grape, dragon fruit, kiwi, apple, orange, crystal pear and Feng Shui pear. There are 8 types of fruits, but there was NO melon. The fruits were found to have turned bad upon arrival. The grapes and strawberries were covered with mold, mango was totally ripe and soft, the dragon fruit was also yellow and soft. We have ordered flower and fruit basket from Flower Delivery several times and we are so disappointed with the quality of the fruit basket. It makes us so embarrassing to send a Chinese New Year fruit baskets filled with bad fruits.
