  • How to order? Do I need to open an account first?

    No, simply add the item(s) you want to purchase to shopping cart and checkout. A new account will be generated for you automatically. When we receive your order, you will receive and automated order confirmation email, and a login info email if you are a new customer.

  • Will you let me know when the flowers are delivered?

    When your flowers are delivered, we will send you an order completion email.

  • It's a surprise. Please don't contact recipient!

    Our driver will attempt to deliver your flowers without calling. If he cannot physically deliver to the door, usually due to building security, he will follow to your delivery instruction (if any) or call the recipient first, then you. If he cannot establish contact with either recipient or you, and no one can receive the flowers, it will be returned to our workshop and will incur a re-delivery fee of HK$100.

  • Delivery time range is too broad

    Our standard delivery is 9am - 6pm. You may request a preference in the order comment box and we will do our best to fulfil your request (but is NOT guaranteed). Request examples: deliver before lunch time, deliver after 3pm etc.

  • Same Day Flower Delivery

    Same day delivery is available to order before 1pm cut off time. A fee of HK$ 90 is applied.

  • AM delivery

    AM delivery is a guaranteed service. If we fail to deliver with the specified time range, we will refund the AM delivery surcharge.

  • Exact time delivery

    Exact time delivery, within 1 hr time frame, is subject to HK$160 delivery surcharge. Please contact our customer service to arrange if this is required.

  • Sunday Delivery

    Cut off time for Sunday deliveries is 1pm on previous day (Saturday).

  • Delivery Surcharge

    Delivery surcharge of HK$100 is applied for addon items such as cakes, and chocolates, without any floral products. Delivery surcharge is also applied to remote destinations.

  • Delivery to restaurant

    We are able to deliver to restaurants before your meal. Please inform your restaurant in advance, that we will deliver your flowers prior to your arrival (usually late afternoon). Your restaurant will accept your flowers on your behalf and present it upon your arrival or according to your instruction.

  • Delivery to funeral service

    Most funeral home accept flowers from late afternoon, for the evening service.

  • Delivery to Hospital

    Due to security issues, we can only deliver to hospital reception.

  • Delivery to Hotels

    Due to security issues, we are only able to deliver to the hotel concierge and cannot deliver direct to the recipient's room.

  • How do I earn reward points?

    If you are an existing customer, points will awarded to your account. For new customers, a new account will be generated for you and points will be awarded.

    Reward points will be awarded based on the net product amount, exclude delivery (if any), for your next purchase. Do note that they will expire 12 months after the points are awarded.

  • How do I use my reward points?

    Login to your account. At checkout, the amount of reward points you have is shown in the payment method section. Simply select the amount of points you wish to redeem.
